Hello. This is the BurnFit Team.
We’re a dedicated group of weightlifting lovers from different backgrounds. Some of us are former trainers/cross-fitters, while others are marketers and designers. But what we all have in common is a passion for working out and helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Our journey started in May 2020. We were unhappy with existing workout trackers in the market. We began thinking about how we could make things better for enthusiastic weightlifters—like ourselves. Since then, we’ve worked on building the awesome product “BurnFit”—thanks to our fantastic user community.

Have you heard the Latin phrase mens sana in corpore sano, which translates as—a healthy mind in a healthy body? Are you aware that there are also similar phrases in Asia?
Historically, people have understood the positive relationship between a healthy body and a healthy mind. Working out doesn’t just change the shape of your body. It shapes your mind at the same time.
Unlike other fitness apps, BurnFit focuses on self-motivation. We don’t tell you how or when to work out. That’s 100% up to you. We want to become an essential tool for you, as someone willing to put the time and energy into changing your life through a healthier body. To achieve this, we’re focusing on three main areas.
1. Easy and intuitive workout plan
It’s essential to have a workout plan before you start working out. It forces you to review your workout to ensure you are improving, and it helps you get the most out of your next workout. A personal trainer does this for you when you’re not in the gym. They plan your workout and review and text you over the phone to help you prepare. Burnfit’s workout planning interface is simple yet powerful. Every advanced planning feature you'd expect a professional trainer to use to create an effective workout is already here.
2. Analyzing workout data
One of the biggest reasons you struggle to maintain your fitness habits is that you don't see tangible results in the short term. It’s easy to lose motivation and give up without results. We're confident you’ll rediscover your motivation through the meaningful analytics we provide using your data.
BurnFit is building a community for users. We know that once we bring users together and share the benefits of working out socially, working out becomes more fun and easier. Be inspired, be more social, and have fun by connecting with people through fitness.
