How To do Barbell Box Squat

1. Spread your legs wide as the shoulder width, and put the barbell on your back shoulder.


2. Put strength on your core and sit down the box so that your upper body does not bend the front.


3. While maintaining the upper body's balance, push the ground and stand up.
