How To do Barbell Bulgarian Split Squat

1. Hold the barbell shoulder-width apart. Put a barbell on your back, and stand with your feet.

2. Pull one leg back and place it on the bench.

3. With the weight on the forelimbs, lower the body until the knees are 90 degrees angle. Be careful not to tilt your upper body forward during movement.

4. Apply strength to your glutes and return to the position in step 2 while supporting the weight with your one foot.
