How To do Barbell Lateral Lunge
1. Stand with your upper body straight, with your feet hip-width apart, and put a barbell on your back.
2. Take a large step on one leg to the side, then sit down with your hips pushed back.
3. Bring one leg you stepped on to the center of your body and do the same with the other leg.
