How To do Barbell Lateral Lunge

1. While standing with your feet spread out in front and back, place a barbell behind the back of your shoulder.


2. Lower your hips until your knees form a 90-degree angle with your eyes face forward.


3. Bend your knees while keeping your body not leaning in one direction.
