How To do Dumbbell Leg Curl
1. Lie face down on a bench and hold a dumbbell with both feet.
2. With your ankles straight, bend your knees and raise the dumbbells.
3. Slowly lower the dumbbells while maintaining a feeling of tension in your lower back, hips, and hamstrings.
" Start the exercise by using a very light weight. You will want to keep your upper body and upper legs as still as possible throughout the movement. Using a dumbbell that is too heavy for you may cause your body to jerk or swing which can lead to injury."
