How To do Dumbbell Sumo Squat

1. Hold a dumbbell with both hands and stand with your feet wide apart with your toes pointing outward.


2. Sit while pushing your butt back with your elbows straight and your back tightened.


3. While maintaining the abdominal pressure, tighten the glute and straighten the legs to back to position 1.
