How To do Front Squat
1. Hold the barbell shoulder-width and place it in front of your shoulders.

2. Sit down while pulling your hips back. Keep your elbows raised so that the barbell keeps secured to your shoulders.
​
3. With your chest, back, and entire upper body straight stand up while pressing the ground with the bottoms of your feet.
