How To do Hack Squat Machine
1. Stand on the platform of the machine and place your feet should-width apart.
2. With your back and shoulders on the pads, slowly bend your legs and move downward. At this step, If you want to work more on glutes, place your feet on the upper part of the machine.
3. After creating and squat position, slowly return to the starting position while pressing the platform with your feet.

Tips!
" To keep tension on the quads, keep the knees just shy of lockout. In order to emphasize the glutes more, push through the heels."
