How To do Hip Thrust
1. With your upper back against the bench, fix both of your feet to the ground.
2. Push your lower body upwards with energy from your hip. Try to squeeze your hip muscle to gain strength.
3. Slowly lower your hip and relax your hip muscles.

Tips!
" Position your feet so that when you're at the top of the movement, your shins are perpendicular to the floor."
