How To do Glute Kickback Machine

1. Stand on the scaffold while grabbing the handle in front and place the back of the calf that you want to exercise on the pad.

 

2. Focus on your glutes and push your legs backward while keeping your pelvis still.

 

3. Slowly return back to the starting position.
