How To do Step Up
1. Stand straight in front of the bench or any structure you can step on with a dumbbell or kettlebell in both of your hands.
2. Keeping your eyes in front, and one step on the bench and apply strength to the raised foot to stand on the bench.
3. Stand straight on the bench.
4. Lower one foot down to the floor and the other as well to get back to starting position.

Tips!
"Keep your head and body straight up to focus on leg. Don't carry overweight"
