How To do Zercher Squat

1. Spread your legs shoulder-width apart. Open your arms and place the bar in the folds of your arms.

2. Lower yourself into a squat position while keeping your chest straight open and pulling your hips back.

3. Perform squat while taking care not to bend your shoulders forward.
